Twelve rising stars from Bath companies are on a talent development journey as part of a world-class programme to grow talent and initiate projects that benefit the local community. This year, Mayden employees Dawn and Claire are participating.
Bath Future Talent is organised by Bath Bridge, a community interest company that aims to bring the “beautifully inventive” identity of Bath to life. The programme offers workshops and project delivery over the course of a year. Coaching support is provided by a personal coach along with guidance from a senior business mentor from the region.
Participants in the programme work on a transformation project for a local community group or charity that develops their innovation capabilities, leadership and project management skills.
“We’re delighted to be one of the companies benefitting from the Bath Future Talent programme,” said Chris May, MD. “It’s a great opportunity for Claire and Dawn to develop their skills, make connections and contribute to the community projects locally.”
The companies and organisations taking part are; Bath Spa University, Bath Rugby, Bath Mentoring Plus, Curo, Gradwell, Julian House and Mayden.
